Apple crumble: crispy and soft

This step by step recipe is perfect if you want to bake an apple crumble full of healthy ingredients. It is refined sugar free and contains just a little bit of maple syrup and is still incredibly sweet. All the sweetness comes from natural ingredients – apples. Apples are used for the base, which is very soft and full of cinnamon-apple flavor. The topping is incredibly crispy. It contains different types of flavor – chickpea, almond and rice. The combination of them makes the crumbs very flavorful, soft and crispy at the same time. This recipe is butterfree and still incredibly soft – I substitute butter with coconut oil, which adds coconut flavor on top. Do not change the flours in this recipe – the combination of rice flour, chickpea flour and almond flour created a perfect crumble texture.
Once you combine all these flour types and add melted coconut oil you can start forming crumbs and put them on top of the cinnamon-apple mixture.

The best is to combine a crumble with a perfect low calorie ice cream for which you just need a few very simple ingredients and no refined sugar or if you are an oreo fan my 4 ingredients are oreo ice cream.

Enjoy a truly low calorie cake recipe is the best way to reach your workout goals.
