Ingredients

  • 90 g banana
  • 12 g walnuts
  • 12 g dark chocolate
  • 4 sheets of rice paper
  • oil

Instructions

  • Cut 90 g of banana, 12 g of walnut and 12g of dark chocolate into pieces.
  • Pour cold water into a bowl.
  • Take 1 sheet of rice paper and put it into a bowl with cold water. Wait around 1-2 minutes (it took me around 1 minute and 30 seconds, but your rice sheets could be different), till the rice sheet gets soft.
  • Take it out of the bowl and place ¼ of the banana, 4 g of walnuts and 3 g of chocolate at the lower third of the rice paper. Start wrapping the rice paper – pull up the bottom and cover the filling.
  • Then wrap the right and left sides and at the end roll it up.
