Quickest dip for your nachos or veggie sticks or also delicious as a topping – to make it you just need 2 minutes of your time and a blender. The ingredients are so simple that you definitely have them in your fridge. You need kidney beans from the can, sun dried tomatoes, salt, basil and olive oil. Blend everything and the dip is ready! When you buy kidney beans, take a look at the ingredients – it is important that the list just contains beans, salt and maybe some water.

A lot of canned legumes contain sugars and flavor enhancers – so check the ingredients and know your favorite brands that provide you with healthy products.
This recipe is very creamy, thick and has a very delicious dried tomato taste. The best is to use dried tomatoes in oil, this gives extra softness and flavor to your dip.
