This crunchy crumble is full of goodness. The blueberries that are full of antioxidants. Crunchy oat flakes and sesame seeds are full of vitamins that are so important for your immune system (including B6, zinc, iron etc.). Maple syrup gives this dessert a lot of sweetness and contains probiotics for your gut health.

This recipe is incredibly simple and you only need a few always available ingredients. Do not skip the raisins – they add a lot of taste – sweet and soft. If you do not like raisins, add some other dried fruits. If you are using dried apricots or figs cut them into pieces before. Ingredients
  

  • 100 g fine oat flakes
  • 30 g coconut oil
  • 40 g maple syrup
  • 50 g raisins
  • 10 g white sesame seeds
  • 500 g blueberries

Instructions

  • Mix 100 g of fine oat flakes, 30 g of coconut oil, 40 g of maple syrup, 50 g of raisins. Put 500 g of blueberries in a baking form and spread oat flakes mixture evenly on top. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • Bake at a temperature of 180 C / 355 F for 30 minutes (until the crumbs are browned).
