Baked oats – perfect breakfast

It is incredibly important to start your day with energizing healthy breakfast. However it is so difficult to find time in the morning to prepare a proper breakfast, so you end up buying something in the way or just drink a smoothie. Smoothie can be not enough to feel full till lunch. Following this, I love to prepare my breakfast in advance. Making it in the weekend saves me so much time in the morning during the week. This recipe is an example of a perfect mealprep breakfast. It makes 4 servings and is perfect if you want to meal prep your breakfast for the week. This breakfast recipe requires just a few ingredients – one of them is oats. I would recommend using large flakes oats – they work best for this recipe. The best thing about these baked oats is the topping – if you are such a big fan of cinnamon rolls, as I am – you are going to love them.

The preparation process is easier and shorter in comparison to making cinnamon rolls, but the flavor is the same. An amazing cinnamon topping with cream cheese topping is the absolutely best combination you can have. The recipe also does not contain any refined sugar – it is great to enjoy cinnamon rolls flavor without it.

Check my breakfast recipes, that make your morning easier and quicker – soft bagels or high protein omelette, that is so quick you can definitely prepare it in the morning.
