Fancy layers in just 5 minutes.
Dessert cup ready in a very short time? I have got you covered. For this recipe you need around 5 minutes of your time and a few ingredients. This dessert consists of 4 layers – 2 crunchy layers and 2 soft layers. The crunchy layer consists of rusks, dried apricots and almond butter. No sugar, but still very sweet. Dried apricots are a perfect sugar alternative, that makes the dessert very sweet, but the sweetness is natural. The soft layer consists of cream cheese, melted white chocolate and quark cheese. You can substitute quark cheese for greek yogurt, if you cannot find it. Once you prepare everything you just layer the ingredients in the glass – I like creating 2 soft layers and 2 crunchy layers. But it is up to you – maybe you like having more crunchiness on your dessert. This recipe is perfect, if you like to meal prep your desserts in advance. You can prepare it and eat it during the week. The best way to do it, is to create both layers and store them separately and layer before eating. The soft layer should be stored in the fridge and the crunchy at room temperature. Storing both layers separately and preparing the dessert before eating takes 1 minute, but the dessert stays crunchy and incredibly delicious.
There is nothing better than a quick and healthy snack – check my oreo cheesecake in a glass recipe. It takes around 10 minutes and tastes so delicious. Or pumpkin muffins – very easy to make, only few ingredients and so soft and tasty.
