Easy dumpling recipe – step by step

With this simple dumpling recipe you do not need to prepare and roll out the dough and spend 2 hours forming and filling the dumplings. This recipe is really easy and quick. Furthermore it would take 5% of the time in comparison to time that you would normally need to make the dumplings. You mix the ingredients and fry the dumplings and they are ready to eat! To make the dumplings really filling and add some greens to them, I made a bowl. Now it became my favorite lunch or dinner!

Easy dumpling recipe

The glass noodles you are using should be cooked according to the instructions on the package – sometimes you have to cook them, sometimes just leave them in the hot water – it all depends on the glass noodles type. After washing them with cold water and draining the water it is important to cut them – you can do it with a knife or scissors – the pieces should be around 2-3 cm long.
