Edible brownie batter: 5 minutes for perfect healthy snack!

Edible brownie batter is perfect if you want to have a quick chocolate snack and do not have any time to bake. You just mix the ingredients and blend them – in 5 minutes you get an incredibly delicious snack to satisfy your cravings. It is sweet, it is chocolaty and has this thick brownie texture!

Edible brownie batter

If you care about consuming enough protein it is a great snack, because it contains a lot of protein. The protein comes from natural ingredients – no protein powder needed. The recipe contains raw coconut flour. It is totally safe to consume raw coconut flour, because it is already heated during production and all the bacteria is killed. Wheat flour cannot be eaten raw, but coconut flour can be consumed raw without any damage for your health.

Tips

*In this video I wrote cottage cheese instead of quark cheese. I had some difficulties with translation till I figured out that the correct translation is quark cheese.
*Coconut flour is raw in this recipe and we are not heating it. But it is not dangerous to eat raw coconut flour, because it is heated during production, so all the bacteria is killed.

*If your blender is not very powerful it can be difficult to blend together one serving of brownie batter – in this case just make 3 servings in advance and keep them in the fridge. You are going to have a perfect afternoon snack during the week.
