Guacamole recipe: soft and creamy in just 5 minutes!

Guacamole is all time favorite recipe. You can have it with rice or pasta, you can use it as a spread on your bagel or bread, dip chips in it or add to your favorite bowl. The recipe is really simple – 5 ingredients and you just need 5 minutes of your time to cut and mash everything together. The result is soft and creamy – perfect if you are an avocado lover. I really like having it for breakfast with protein bread – healthy fats and protein in the morning – the best to stay full till lunch. I would definitely recommend using a ripe avocado, so it is easier to mash it with a fork. Also if you are a big cilantro fan, you can add more of it or even add some chili, if you like a spicy guacamole.

If you like having a tasty homemade spread on your sandwich check also my recipe for a quick bean spread or incredibly tasty bagels.
