Healthy chips: crunchy chips the healthy way

This recipe is simple, quick, full of spicy flavor and contains half the calories than a regular chips serving. You need different seeds and flour and some spices. Feel free to add spices that you really love that are not included in this recipe. It is very important to use oil without any smell – vegetable oil works the best, not olive oil. This recipe is lower in fat in comparison to regular chips. And the reason is, that the chips are baked in the oven and not fried in the oil, as the majority of chips manufactures do. So low in calories and fat this recipe is the perfect snack for a movie night.
