The quick potato buns

Everyone loves potato buns, but it takes so much time to prepare them. I was looking quite a long time for an easy and quick recipe – something that would not make you spend hours in the kitchen and still have a delicious result. This soft buns recipe is quick and easy. The preparation time is very short, because we use a secret ingredient to substitute the dough completely. We substitute the dough with tortilla wraps. This makes our lives easier, because we do not have to spend hours in the kitchen and wait till the dough rises. Cut in halves tortilla wraps make a perfect base for buns. You can add any stuffing you love. I am using cooked and mashed potatoes, which is my favorite stuffing.  Mashed potato itself makes an amazing stuffing, but adding some fried onions to it makes this stuffing even more delicious. After stuffing tortilla halves, roll them up and grease them with egg yolk – this will give them this freshly baked yellow color.
