Ingredients
  

Veggies:

  • 150 g beets
  • 3 g of oil
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • ¼ tsp. coriander

Instructions

  • Wash 150g of beets well. It is not necessary to peel them. You can leave the skin on and scrub to make them very clean. Cut into circles about 5 mm thick.
  • Add 3 g of oil to 150 g beets, ¼ tsp. black pepper, ¼ tsp. coriander, a pinch of salt. Mix well.
  • Place on baking paper, bake at 200 C / 390 F for 30-40 minutes.
