It is super high in nutrients and low in calories. The bowl contains beets, sweet potato, feta cheese, and green salad. These veggies fight inflammation, increase our energy levels and improve digestion. A delicious feta dip is the best with baked veggies. It is soft, salty, sweet and very creamy. It is perfect to dip roasted veggies into it.
How to make roast beets
Ingredients
Veggies:
- 150 g beets
- 3 g of oil
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
- ¼ tsp. coriander
Instructions
- Wash 150g of beets well. It is not necessary to peel them. You can leave the skin on and scrub to make them very clean. Cut into circles about 5 mm thick.
- Add 3 g of oil to 150 g beets, ¼ tsp. black pepper, ¼ tsp. coriander, a pinch of salt. Mix well.
- Place on baking paper, bake at 200 C / 390 F for 30-40 minutes.
