Quick and easy single serve brownie – the best recipe if you are in mood for a brownie and do not have a lot of time for preparing the batter or just do not want to bake the whole batch. This recipe is vegan and contains a good amount of protein. If you are struggling with reaching your protein goals as a vegan, this is a great snack to achieve it. Vegan double choc brownie is pretty sweet – all the sweetness comes from applesauce, a little bit of maple syrup and vanilla sugar.

The preparation is pretty easy – you just blend all ingredients together and bake. Do not overbake the brownie – it is important to take it out of the oven on time. To top the brownie you can melt some chocolate with oat milk and pour it over the brownie. The perfect snack is ready – hurry up to enjoy it!

Ingredients
  

  • 25 g almond butter
  • 18 g applesauce sugarfree
  • 7 g maple syrup
  • 13 g coconut flour
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 0,25 tbsp baking powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • 6 g cocoa powder
  • 33 g water
  • 5 g chocolate
  • 6 g oat milk

Instructions

  • Turn on the oven to reach 180C (or 355F).
  • Mix dry ingredients first: 13 g coconut flour, 1/8 tsp vanilla sugar, 0,25 tbsp baking powder, a pinch of salt, 6 g cocoa powder.
  • Mix wet ingredients: 25 g almond butter, 18 g applesauce, 7 g maple syrup.
  • Mix wet and dry ingredients and add 33 g of water.
  • Pour into baking form and place into the oven – bake for 20 minutes at 180C (or 355F).
  • Mix 5 g of chocolate and 6 g of oat milk in a heatproof bowl. Set a bowl over the pot with water. Bring water to boiling and wait till a half of the chocolate is melted. Turn off the flame and let chocolate melt inside the hot oat milk. Pour over the vegan brownie.
