Perfect oat powered snack
Yogurt bowl is one of my favorite afternoon snacks. For those who love sweet chocolaty breakfast it will definitely become their favorite breakfast. Regularly I love to prepare chocolate granola on the weekend and to store it in a container. Following this the breakfast is effortless and takes under 1 minute. Just put some yogurt on a plate, sprinkle it with chocolate granola and cocoa nibs and add your favorite fruit. You can use any yogurt you like – I love to eat it with greek yogurt. If you are vegan, use any plant-based yogurt. Granola and the rest of the ingredients are vegan. Therefore this is a perfect breakfast or snack for vegans, who want to eat enough plant-based protein.
One important thing you should consider, preparing this recipe is the type of oats you want to use. Do not use any fine or quick cooking oats. Fine oat flakes will not become crunchy. Definitely it is better to go for large oat flakes, that you have to cook some time.
Are you looking for healthy and quick recipes with yogurt? Take a look at dessert cup – ready in 10 minutes. Obviously this recipe is made with quark cheese, but you can use greek yogurt instead. Or oreo cheesecake – which can also be made with greek yogurt and is full of oreo flavor.
