Baked oats - cinnamon roll flavor - keep you full for hours

Baked oats for breakfast is the best thing ever. You make the whole batch on the weekend and eat them in the morning during the week.

Ingredients
  

The main mixture

  • 100 g oats large flakes
  • 120 g quark cheese
  • 40 g coconut flour
  • 15 g maple syrup
  • 140 g kefir
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp 8 g baking powder

Cinnamon Topping

  • 15 g maple syrup
  • 30 g applesauce
  • 4 g 1 tsp cinnamon

Cream cheese topping

  • 50 g cream cheese
  • 10 g maple syrup
  • 20 g almond milk

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180 C / 355 F. Mix together 100 g of oats (large flakes), 120 g of quark cheese, 40 g of coconut flour, 15 g of maple syrup, 140 g of kefir, 2 eggs, 1 tsp (8 g) baking powder. Stir, leave for 20 minutes to swell.
  • Prepare the cinnamon topping
  • Mix together 15 g of maple syrup, 30 g of applesauce, 4 g (1 tsp) of cinnamon.
  • Spread the main mixture into 4 forms or one large, spread the cinnamon topping on top.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C / 355 F for 25 minutes.
  • Prepare the cream cheese topping: mix together 50 g cream cheese, 10 maple syrup, 20 g of almond milk.
  • Take the baked oats out of the oven and spread a cream cheese topping over it. Turn off the oven and leave the baked oats after spreading cream cheese topping in the hot oven for 10-15 minutes.
