Ingredients
  

  • 260 g quark cheese or greek yogurt
  • 18 g cream cheese
  • 34 g melted white chocolate

Crumb layer:

  • 14 g rusks
  • 20 g dried apricots
  • 8 g almond butter

Instructions

  • Grind 14 g rusks, 20 g dried apricots and 8 g almond butter in a blender until crumbs are formed.
  • Melt 34 g of white chocolate. Mix 260 g quark cheese or greek yogurt, 18 g cream cheese and melted chocolate.
  • Layer in a glass - quark cheese layer and rusks layer. If you are making this dessert in advance and want it to remain crisp, store the quark cheese/yogurt mix separately in the refrigerator, and the crumb layer at room temperature. Layer the recipe before eating. It will take 2 minutes of your time and is the quickest meal prep dessert.
