Grind 14 g rusks, 20 g dried apricots and 8 g almond butter in a blender until crumbs are formed.
Melt 34 g of white chocolate. Mix 260 g quark cheese or greek yogurt, 18 g cream cheese and melted chocolate.
Layer in a glass - quark cheese layer and rusks layer. If you are making this dessert in advance and want it to remain crisp, store the quark cheese/yogurt mix separately in the refrigerator, and the crumb layer at room temperature. Layer the recipe before eating. It will take 2 minutes of your time and is the quickest meal prep dessert.
