Egg toast - incredibly tasty and so quick - this is going to be your favorite dinner or lunch recipe. It takes around 10 minutes and you have a delicious healthy breakfast. Add some veggies or salad and you have a filling lunch or dinner!
Cut 1 piece of toast bread and 1 toast cheese in half. Cut 35 g of pickles into stripes.
Heat the pan on medium heat (1-2 minutes). Beat 2 eggs + 1 egg white and add salt and pepper to taste.
Grease the pan with oil, especially the sides - this way your egg mixture will not stick to them. Pour the egg mixture into the pan. Immediately lay out a piece of toast, cut in half at a distance of about 2 cm. Turn the pieces of bread on the other side to soak both sides of the bread. Close the lid, fry for about 3-5 minutes.
Turn the egg toast on the other side. Put the cheese on the bread, leave for 3 minutes under the lid until the cheese melts (1-2 minutes). Put cucumbers and onions on top, fold the edges of the egg toast on four sides to the middle. Fold the egg toast and remove immediately from the pan, put it on a plate and serve.
