Add water and stir. Leave for 15 - 20 minutes to thicken the mixture.
Cover baking tray with parchment, grease with oil.
Pour the mixture in a thin layer onto a baking tray. Bake at 200 C / 390 F for 10 minutes, lower the temperature to 180 C / 355 F, take healthy chips out and mark the cuts, return to the oven and bake until pink (at 180 C / 355 F around 20 mins). Turn off the oven and leave in the switched off oven to dry until crispy.
