Cook 150 g macaroni in hot water till they are al dente. I cooked for 9 minutes, but your macaroni could be different, so check them - it is important that they are al dente and not overcooked.
Add cooked macaroni to a bowl, 2 g of sugar, a pinch of salt, 2 eggs, 160 g cheddar, 70 g mozzarella, 20 g of oil. In a separate glas mix 230 g of kefir and 15 g of flour. Add to the macaroni mixture.
Add to muffin forms and bake at 210 C / 410 F for 20-25 minutes.
