Healthy peanut butter and jelly toast - high protein and no sugar
Healthy peanut butter and jelly toast is a favorite snack, prepared in just 10-15 minutes. It does not contain any refined sugar and is made out of healthy ingredients.
25 g frozen blueberries mix with 6 g hot water, let it chill for around 5 minutes. Mash blueberries with a fork and add 4 g chia seeds. Mix and let it thicken for around 10-15 minutes.
Toast high protein toast, spread 10 g peanut butter on top and put blueberry chia jelly on top.
