Ingredients

  • 700 g potatoes
  • 20 g oil
  • salt pepper, spices

Instructions

  • Turn on the oven at 220 C / 430 F.
  • Peel 700 g of potatoes, cut them into strips, wash several times, dry with paper towels. The potatoes should be very dry - this is important.
  • Add 20 g of oil to the potatoes, mix well and massage the potatoes, so they are all covered with oil. Lay the potatoes on parchment paper so that the pieces do not touch each other. Bake in a well-heated oven at 220 C / 425 F for 30 minutes, then turn over and bake for another 10-15 minutes. The time depends on your oven.
  • Put the potatoes in a bowl, add salt, pepper and other spices to taste.
