Ingredients

  • 120 g pears half of one pear. The best is to use green pears. Not ripe.
  • 5 g coconut oil for roasting
  • 140 g greek yogurt

Granola:

  • 30 g oat flakes I used spelt flakes. Use large flakes, that have to be cooked to prepare, not fine oat flakes
  • 12 g maple syrup

Instructions

Let’s prepare granola first:

  • Put 30 g of oat flakes in a dry pan without adding any oil.
  • Roast in a pan over medium heat, stirring constantly (until the flakes are crunchy). This takes around 10 minutes. Add 12 g of maple syrup, mix well, roast for another 5 minutes.
  • The crunchy granola is ready.

Next prepare roasted pear:

  • Melt 5 g of coconut oil in a pan. Cut 120 g of pear into thin pieces (around 5-7 mm thick). Roast a pear on both sides in a pan. The best way to do it is on a medium heat. Roast on both sides several times, this way the pear gets soft and sweet. Once the pear is roasted and cold, you can warm it up in the oven.

Let’s prepare the pear dessert:

  • Layer in a glass: yogurt, granola, yogurt, roasted pear, yogurt, granola, yogurt, roasted pear until there are no ingredients left!
