120gpearhalf of one pear. The best is to use green pears. Not ripe.
5gcoconut oil for roasting
Topping
13gwholegrain mustard
7gof maple syrup
Instructions
Cut 120 g of pear into pieces (5-7 mm thick). It is better to use green, not yet ripe pear fruits. Melt 5 g of coconut oil in a pan.
Roast pieces of pear in a pan at medium temperature (I have 6 out of 9). Roast on both sides, until a pear is dark and caramelized. Turn the pear pieces several times, then it gets golden brown. Once the pear is roasted and is cold, you can warm it up in the oven.
Cut 40 g of goat cheese into pieces. Prepare the topping: mix 13 g of wholegrain mustard and 7 g of maple syrup.
On a whole wheat bread* put cutted goat cheese, then a warm roasted pear and sprinkle with topping.
