Blend in a blender 150 g frozen strawberries, 10 g maple syrup and 30 g cream cheese.
When you blend it, a part of the strawberries that do not blend in would lend on the sides of the blender. Turn off a blender and mix with a spoon. Blend again. Turn off a blender and mix. Blend. Do it several times till you get a smooth ice cream texture. When you turn off a blender and mix with a spoon you make sure that parts of the strawberries that did not blend in, would blend and become an incredibly delicious ice cream.
Add some oat milk, if you cannot blend the strawberries (this is optional).
Cut 30 g fresh strawberries and sprinkle them on top.
