Equipment

  • 1 Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 150 g frozen strawberries
  • 10 g maple syrup
  • 30 g cream cheese
  • 30 g fresh strawberries

Instructions

  • Blend in a blender 150 g frozen strawberries, 10 g maple syrup and 30 g cream cheese.
  • When you blend it, a part of the strawberries that do not blend in would lend on the sides of the blender. Turn off a blender and mix with a spoon. Blend again. Turn off a blender and mix. Blend. Do it several times till you get a smooth ice cream texture. When you turn off a blender and mix with a spoon you make sure that parts of the strawberries that did not blend in, would blend and become an incredibly delicious ice cream.
  • Add some oat milk, if you cannot blend the strawberries (this is optional).
  • Cut 30 g fresh strawberries and sprinkle them on top.
