Instructions
Chop cabbage, onions and grate carrots.
Cook 300 g of penne pasta* according to the instructions on the package, rinse with cold water, add 10 g of oil.
Simmer vegetables: in a pan add 30 g of oil and 100 g of chopped onion, after 3 minutes add 100 g of roughly grated carrots, simmer until half done. Add 600 g of chopped cabbage, simmer under the lid until done. If the cabbage is dry, add 20-40 g of water during simmering.
Mix cabbage with pasta and simmer for a few minutes.
