Chocolate granola:
90

oat flakes
I used spelt flakes. Use large flakes, that have to be cooked to prepare, not fine oat flakes
36
g
maple syrup
20
g
dark chocolate*
Bowl:
300
g
yogurt of your choice
150
g
raspberries
20

cocoa nibs
Instructions
Prepare chocolate granola first:
Fry 90 g of oat flakes in a dry pan over medium heat (no oil), stirring constantly (until the grains are crunchy). This takes about 10 minutes.
Add 36 g maple syrup. Mix well, fry for another 5 minutes. Place in a dry container.
Chop 20 g of dark chocolate. Add chopped chocolate to the hot granola and mix quickly. Let chocolate melt.
Prepare the bowl: put yogurt on a plate, add granola, cocoa nibs and raspberries.
