Ingredients

For granola:

  • 90 g oat flakes I used spelt flakes. Use large flakes that have to be cooked to prepare, not fine oat flakes
  • 30 g of maple syrup

For cherry jelly:

  • 220 g frozen pitted cherries
  • 30 g maple syrup
  • 10 g corn starch
  • 150 g water
  • 300 g Greek yogurt

For chocolate:

  • 30 g chocolate of your choice

Instructions

Preparation of granola:

  • In a dry frying pan, fry 90 g oat flakes on the above average heat until granola is crunchy. Stir constantly. This takes around 10 minutes. Add 30 g of maple syrup, fry for another 3-5 minutes.

Preparation of cherry jelly:

  • Add 50 g of water at room temperature to 10 g of cornstarch, stir until the lumps disappear.
  • Add 30 g of maple syrup and 100 g of water to 220 g of frozen, pitted cherries. Bring to a boil. Lower the heat and slowly add the starch water, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil, remove from heat.
  • Melt 30 g of chocolate of your choice.
  • Create yogurt bowl: add greek yogurt (or any other yogurt you like), sprinkle with granola, add cherries and pour melted chocolate on top.
