Flourless chocolate cake: Easy ingredients & recipe.

This flourless chocolate cake is so easy and quick – if you are in the mood for a cake and look inside of your fridge, you will definitely find all the ingredients. You just need eggs, bananas, baking powder, cocoa powder, vanilla sugar and some salt. You do not need any flour to make it.

Except for a little bit of vanilla sugar, the cake does not contain any sugar and all the sweetness comes from bananas. I also recommend letting the cake cool down for 10-15 minutes, because it takes some time to develop its taste.

It is so low calorie, one piece is under 100 calories and you can definitely enjoy it without any restrictions. Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tsp cocoa powder
  • 190 g banana
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • a pinch of salt

Instructions

  • It is important to use eggs that have room temperature. Take eggs out of the fridge and leave them for at least 30 minutes at room temperature.*
  • Turn on the oven to reach 180C (or 355F) before you put a flourless chocolate cake inside.*
  • Cut 190 g banana into small pieces and put it into a blender. Blend everything and add 2 eggs, blend again.
  • Sift 1 tsp of baking powder and 4 tsp of cocoa powder. Add them to a mixture. Add 1 tbsp vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt. Take a tablespoon and mix to make sure your mixture does not stay on a blender. Blend everything. Pour into a baking tin and bake for 40-45 minutes at 180C (or 355F). Do not open your oven for the first 30 minutes of baking, because a cake could go down.
