Stuffed dates: Melted chocolate ♡ crunchy peanuts.

Stuffed dates are a real trend and it is definitely worth it. This dessert is so tasty, it is like candies – chewy, chocolatey, full of flavor. What I really like about this recipe, that you need around 10 minutes to prepare it and can actually enjoy it right away. Of course this dates dessert is amazing if you wait till the chocolate gets cold in the fridge – but if you cannot wait – like me – you can eat it after the preparation.

Stuffed dates

I really like using peanut butter with pieces of peanuts inside – this gives the dates extra crunchiness and the combination of soft dates, melted chocolate and crunchy peanuts is truly delicious. If you cannot find the peanut butter with pieces of peanuts inside, then just use the regular peanut butter and cut some peanuts, mix and enjoy the crunchiness!
This dates dessert is a perfect snack – one serving is so low in calories, you can have 2-3 of them with your afternoon coffee or tea.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 dates 84 g
  • 70 g peanutbutter
  • 10 g dark chocolate
  • 15 g oat milk

Instructions

  • 12 dates cut in the middle and stuff with peanut butter (my peanut butter had small pieces of peanuts inside, you can cut peanuts into small pieces and add them to peanut butter too).
  • 10g dark chocolate and 15 g oat milk melt on a water bath.
  • Pour melted chocolate over dates and let them cool down. Place into the fridge.
