Balancing with the 80-20 Approach
We all have our favorite foods, like French fries, chips, pizza, and cakes! Achieving dietary balance doesn't mean giving up on these delights entirely. We've found that the 80-20 principle works wonders for a healthier diet. Devote 80% of your time to eating healthy and reserve 20% for enjoying fast food and your cravings. If starting with 80-20 seems challenging, you can begin with a 50-50 split, gradually reducing fried and less healthy options. The secret is to commence from a comfortable point and progress toward your goal. The best approach is to learn how to prepare your favorite dishes in a healthier way—whether that's by cutting down sugar, adding more vegetables, or using nutritious fats.

My motivation&story
As a full-time working mom, I firmly believe in the significance of a healthy body and mind. When you nurture both, you empower yourself to achieve anything you desire. Healthy food, positive thoughts, and the right attitude play pivotal roles in this journey.
Getting back in shape
Following my pregnancy, I faced the challenge of shedding the 21 kg (46 lbs) I had gained. Amidst my commitments, I diligently exercised three times a week, sometimes even at 21 p.m. when my baby was finally asleep. This commitment boosted my emotional resilience and energy levels. However, it wasn’t until I realized the crucial role of nutrition that I truly began to see results.
Food is key for good health
In the midst of a busy life, it’s tough to resist your favorite foods, especially when you’re dedicated to regular exercise. It’s a common thought—’I work out, so it’s okay to indulge a bit!’ While that notion holds true, it’s worth noting that the food industry often loads our meals with sugars, unhealthy fats, and additives to drive consumption. My journey into healthy cooking revealed a remarkable truth: by altering my diet and consuming nutritious foods, I could elevate energy levels, enhance well-being, fortify my immune system, and even achieve glowing skin and vibrant hair. And guess what? I didn’t have to say ‘no’ to my cherished snacks throughout the day! The healthy meals I prepared became delightful—perfectly seasoned, truly enjoyable, and loved by all.
