Strawberry ice cream: flavor from natural ingredients
This tasty summer dessert is lower in calories than a regular ice cream and consists solely of natural ingredients. If you want to prepare this recipe and buy frozen strawberries in the supermarket check the ingredients. Frozen fruits sometimes contain a lot of sugar – choose frozen fruit with only fruit inside and maybe some lemon juice. If you find too many ingredients on the package, it is better to go for another brand.
When you put all the ingredients into the blender it is difficult to blend everything immediately. Parts of frozen strawberries would stick to a blender – the secret to reaching a perfect consistency is to turn off a blender and mix everything with a spoon and then blend again. Do it several times, so the parts that stick to a blender mix a mixture that has already blended and you will get a perfect fruit ice cream consistency.

Ingredients
- 150 g frozen strawberries
- 10 g maple syrup
- 30 g cream cheese
- 30 g fresh strawberries
Instructions
- Blend in a blender 150 g frozen strawberries, 10 g maple syrup and 30 g cream cheese.
- When you blend it, a part of the strawberries that do not blend in would lend on the sides of the blender. Turn off a blender and mix with a spoon. Blend again. Turn off a blender and mix. Blend. Do it several times till you get a smooth ice cream texture. When you turn off a blender and mix with a spoon you make sure that parts of the strawberries that did not blend in, would blend and become an incredibly delicious ice cream.
- Add some oat milk, if you cannot blend the strawberries (this is optional).
- Cut 30 g fresh strawberries and sprinkle them on top.
