For this whipped feta recipe you just need 4 ingredients and 4 minutes of your time. Place everything into a blender and blend – that’s it. You can enjoy your dip. Feta cheese is high in protein and in comparison to other types of cheese low in calories. It is amazing for our body, because it contains calcium. It is important to consume it for your bones and teeth to stay strong and healthy.
There is no need to put any spices into this dip – it is pretty sweet and salty itself. I really love the combination of different tastes in the same dish – sweet, salty and a little bit spicy. Make a good toast bread with this dip or add some olives and you have an amazing snack. I also love to eat it as a dinner – cut a lot of veggies to dip: cucumber, capsicum, celery.

  • 15 g honey
  • 2 g garlic

Instructions
