Chocolate ice cream – natural ice cream – creamy, melting, sweet
This ice cream is full of intense sweet flavor. The structure is creamy and melting. It is one of those desserts that can be prepared in minutes (if you would like to have more quick recipes check my quickest and simplest recipes here). The only preparation, you need to do is to freeze the banana in advance. Frozen banana can be kept in the fridge for 3 month. And you can enjoy the healthy ice cream all summer. Just mix all the ingredients and enjoy a delicious dessert on a hot sunny day.
Most of the ice creams that contain frozen bananas have a very strong banana taste – not this one. The ingredients like cream cheese, vanilla sugar and cocoa powder dominate and you barely taste the banana inside – but it gives a lot of texture.

- 1 Blender
Ingredients
- 150 g frozen banana
- 30 g cream cheese
- 6 g vanilla sugar
- 15 g cocoa powder
- 8 g coconut flour
- 15 g dark chocolate
- 5 g oat milk optional
Instructions
- Mix 150 g frozen banana, 30 g cream cheese, 6 g vanilla sugar, 15 g cocoa powder and 8 g coconut flour and blend in a blender.
- During blending some pieces of frozen banana and cocoa powder would stick to the sides of the blender, which makes it impossible to blend everything together. Turn off a blender, take a spoon and mix – blend again, turn off a blender, take a spoon and mix. Do it several times, till chocolate ice cream is combined into an ice cream.
- Add 5 g of oat milk, if you like softer ice cream.
